Twenty Mile Village: Listing Report

Nocatee is excited to announce that Twenty Mile at Nocatee will soon be joining the community as the area's first old Florida rustic-themed area of new homes. Slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2014, this new addition will eventually feature 1,500 single-family homes spread throughout three distinct Twenty Mile neighborhoods – Twenty Mile Village, The Island at Twenty Mile and The Pointe at Twenty Mile. Twenty Mile at Nocatee is the site of the historic “Twenty Mile House,” a military outpost in the 1700’s that was a way station on the trail between Spanish St. Augustine and fortified St. Johns Bluff. Spanish soldiers, mail carriers and travelers found food, rest and fresh horses here. The name “Twenty Mile” represents its location twenty miles north of St. Augustine and halfway to St. Johns Bluff and Fort Caroline. JUST ANNOUNCED (9-24-14): David Weekley Homes, ICI Homes and Standard Pacific Homes will begin building upscale single-family homes this winter in The Pointe at Twenty Mile and The Island at Twenty Mile! These two Twenty Mile neighborhoods will feature some of Nocatee’s largest homesites, and ALL feature preserve or water views. New homes in The Pointe and The Island will appeal to home owners seeking a large semi-customized new home nestled within Northeast Florida nature. JUST ANNOUNCED (3-4-15): David Weekley Homes, Mattamy Homes, Providence Homes and Standard Pacific Homes are all featured builders in the highly anticipated- Twenty Mile Village! Builders will start pre-selling homes this month in the third named Twenty Mile neighborhood. Twenty Mile Village will feature two areas: Village Park and Village Grove. All Twenty Mile Village families will be in walking-distance to the new Twenty Mile Park and its various amenities. New homes start in the mid $200’s and models are expected to be complete this summer.
